David N. Capobianco
CEO & Managing Partner
Mr. Capobianco is the CEO and Managing Partner of Five Point Energy and founded Five Point in 2012. Prior to founding Five Point, Mr. Capobianco was a founder and served as the co-head of the Private Equity Group of Vulcan Capital. At Vulcan, Mr. Capobianco led the take-private of Plains Resources, Inc. (NYSE: PLX), the acquisition and development of Energy Center Investments (now known as PAA Natural Gas Storage), the spinout and subsequent build-up of Calumet Florida, and two private investments into Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA).
Before joining Vulcan, Mr. Capobianco was a senior member of Greenhill Capital Partners (“GCP”), a leading private investment firm focused on the energy, financial services and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Capobianco was a member of Harvest Partners. Mr. Capobianco began his career within the Energy Corporate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Capobianco currently serves on the boards of Twin Eagle, EVX Midstream, WaterBridge Resources and San Mateo Midstream, and was previously the Chairman of the Board of Vulcan Energy Corporation (formerly Plains Resources), a member of the Board and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Plains All American (NYSE: PAA), a member of the Board of PAA/Vulcan Gas Storage (formerly Energy Center Investments), and Chairman of the Board of Vulcan Resources (formerly Calumet Florida).
Mr. Capobianco holds a B.A. degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Matthew K. Morrow
COO & Managing Partner
Mr. Morrow is the COO and Managing Partner of Five Point Energy. Prior to Co-Founding Five Point Energy, Mr. Morrow served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Iberdrola Energy Holdings; a North American natural gas marketing business, and ENSTOR, one of the largest independent natural gas storage franchises in North America. At Iberdrola, his responsibilities included the development of management teams to run several groups: North America marketing and trading, storage optimization, project development, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advocacy and compliance, and the day-to-day operations of the facilities.
Prior to joining Iberdrola with the sale of ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow built the natural gas storage business and acquired four natural gas storage facilities in five transactions. As President of ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow was responsible for developing and expanding core business unit teams, mergers and acquisitions, executive management, operations, regulatory advocacy/compliance and commercial management. Mr. Morrow was also a senior member at PPM Energy, which focused on the power generation, wind renewable and natural gas marketing and storage businesses.
Before joining PPM/ENSTOR, Mr. Morrow held various senior positions at Texaco Natural Gas within Sabine Pipeline and Sabine Hub Services, up to and including President.
Mr. Morrow currently serves on the Board of Twin Eagle Resource Management, EVX Midstream Partners, EVX II, WaterBridge Resources and San Mateo Midstream. Mr. Morrow also serves on the Board of Mission Lazarus, a non-profit organization with operations in Honduras and Haiti, and previously served on the Board of ENSTOR Inc., Iberdrola Energy Holdings, and PPM Energy Canada Ltd.

Ben Moore
Executive Vice President & Partner
Mr. Moore is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point Energy. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Moore served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NorTex Midstream Partners, a natural gas processing, transportation and storage company with operations in North Texas. At NorTex, Mr. Moore’s responsibilities included the overall management of the company, including overseeing day to day operations, storage marketing and optimization, accounting and financing activities, project management, and regulatory compliance and safety.
Prior to joining NorTex, Mr. Moore served 12 years with ENSTOR, the natural gas storage and marketing subsidiary of Iberdrola, working in several roles, including Vice President of Operations and Engineering and Vice President of Business Development. At ENSTOR, Mr. Moore led the company’s acquisition and development efforts which encompass five natural gas storage facilities representing ~80 Bcf of storage capacity.
Prior to ENSTOR, Mr. Moore served as Director of Marketing and Midstream Businesses for Dominion Resources, responsible for directing the company’s midstream development activities and managing the company’s oil and gas hedging program. Mr. Moore began his career as a Reservoir Engineer for Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Offshore Inc.
Mr. Moore holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Randy Curry
Executive Vice President & Partner
Mr. Curry is an Executive Vice President and Partner of Five Point Energy. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Curry served as Senior Vice President – Midstream for Southwestern Energy, an exploration and production company with operations in the Fayetteville, Marcellus and Utica shales. At Southwestern, Mr. Curry was responsible for the commercial development and day to day operations of the company’s midstream gathering and processing business, as well as the company’s marketing and transportation functions.
Prior to joining Southwestern, Mr. Curry spent 26 years at Chevron Corporation and served in various leadership roles, including as a member of the Chevron Management Committee, President of Chevron Pipe Line Company, and President of Chevron Natural Gas. In his role as President of Chevron Pipe Line Company, Mr. Curry had responsibility for the day to day operations and business development activities of the Division, which included a large portfolio of crude oil, natural gas, refined products, and chemicals pipeline, storage and terminal assets throughout North America. Prior to Chevron Pipe Line Company, Mr. Curry served as President of Chevron Natural Gas, where he led the Company’s natural gas marketing unit. His responsibilities included managing the day to day operations and P&L for the company’s natural gas marketing and trading activities in North America, Canada and the UK. Prior to that, Mr. Curry held various management positions within Chevron’s Global Gas and Midstream organizations.
Mr. Curry is a past Board Member of the Natural Gas Supply Association, Southern Gas Association and Houston Police Foundation. Mr. Curry holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Stephen H. Cole
Executive Vice President & Partner
Mr. Cole is a Partner and Executive Vice President of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Cole served as an exclusive contractor for ENSTOR, responsible for the origination, development and execution of new commercial sales for over 100 Bcf of natural gas storage across North America. Mr. Cole’s responsibilities also included the origination, evaluation, execution and oversight of the strategic and business development of ENSTOR’s facilities, as well as the start-up of EO Resources, a brine water sales company in the Permian Basin.
Prior to ENSTOR, Mr. Cole held various senior management positions at Sonat Energy Services, a division of Sonat Inc., within Trading, Origination, and Storage Management. Additionally, Mr. Cole served as Director of Business Development, where he led the strategic development and mergers and acquisitions for the Company’s natural gas and field services business units, and Director of Producer Services, where he managed multiple midstream field services offices responsible for all onshore Sonat E&P (now EP Energy) gathering and processing.
Before joining Sonat, Mr. Cole served as the Director of Natural Gas Marketing and Transportation at Tejas Power Corporation, the industry pioneer for integrated storage and gas supply solutions. At TPC, Mr. Cole was responsible for trading, origination, marketing and end-user sales. During Mr. Cole’s tenure at TPC, TPC introduced the concept of integrated market hubs to the natural gas sector, which served as one of the building blocks for the development of the deregulated natural gas transportation, distribution and marketing industry.
Before joining TPC Corp, Mr. Cole served in various roles at Kerr-McGee Corporation (now Anadarko) including Engineering, Partner Relations and Gas Control.
Mr. Cole is a board member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and a past board member of the National Energy Services Association. Mr. Cole holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Houston.

Michael T. Tran
Director
Mr. Tran is a Director of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Tran was a member of the Corporate Finance group at Simmons & Company International, a leading investment banking firm specializing in the energy industry. While at Simmons, Mr. Tran was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and corporate advisory assignments and focused exclusively on the midstream energy sector.
Mr. Tran holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kirk Manes
Director
Mr. Manes is a Director of Five Point Energy. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Manes was a member of the Energy Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings, and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the upstream oil and gas, midstream, and oilfield services sectors. Mr. Manes began his career with Stout Risius Ross (formerly HFBE) providing corporate valuations for private and family-owned entities.
Mr. Manes holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brad Belasco
Senior Associate
Mr. Belasco is a Senior Associate of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Belasco was an Associate at Strata Energy Investments, an energy infrastructure private equity firm. Before Strata, Mr. Belasco was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore Partners where he was involved in a variety of M&A and advisory assignments across the energy industry.
Mr. Belasco received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

Clay Martin
Associate
Mr. Martin is an Associate of Five Point Energy. Prior to joining Five Point, Mr. Martin was a member of the Energy Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financing’s for clients across the upstream oil and gas, midstream, and oilfield services sectors.
Mr. Martin holds a B.B.A. degree and an M.S. degree from Texas A&M University.

Doug Wilkinson
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Wilkinson is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Wilkinson served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Iberdrola Renewables, LLC. At Iberdrola, Mr. Wilkinson managed the financial reporting, control and administration, mark-to-market, general ledger and accounting functions across the company’s midstream and renewable industry activities.
Prior to joining Iberdrola, Mr. Wilkinson spent more than 15 years at Chevron in a variety of managerial, financial reporting, accounting, treasury and cash management roles. Mr. Wilkinson served as Controller for Bridgeline Holdings, a midstream joint venture between Chevron (Texaco) and Targa Resources focused on natural gas marketing, trading and storage activities. At Bridgeline, Mr. Wilkinson managed all accounting, treasury and financial reporting activities for the joint venture. Following Bridgeline, Mr. Wilkinson served as Manager of Financial Reporting of Chevron’s Natural Gas business unit.
Prior to working at Bridgeline and Chevron, Mr. Wilkinson worked for Texaco in the international exploration and production area overseeing the accounting activities of various overseas offices, including Moscow and Bolivia. He began his career at Meridian Oil in Fort Worth, Texas.
Mr. Wilkinson holds a B.B.A. degree from Texas Wesleyan College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Tori Herrington
Controller
Mrs. Herrington is the Controller of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mrs. Herrington served as the Corporate Controller of Energes. At Energes, Mrs. Herrington directed the financial reporting process including the production of financial statements, general ledger, month-end close and the annual audit. Mrs. Herrington also managed all treasury and cash management aspects.
Prior to joining Energes, Mrs. Herrington spent two years at Express Energy Services as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, Mrs. Herrington was responsible for the internal financial reporting, treasury and debt compliance and the coordination of the annual budgeting process. Preceding Express Energy, Mrs. Herrington served as a Senior Financial Analyst of Cameron International.
Mrs. Herrington started her career as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mrs. Herrington holds a M.S. degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a B.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University. Mrs. Herrington is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Matthew Bailey
VP of Information Systems
Mr. Bailey is the VP of Information Systems at Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Bailey served as a Senior GIS Analyst at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC). At APC, Mr. Bailey was a member of the US Land Mapping Team, supporting leasing activity and special projects for APC’s Delaware Basin operations in West Texas.
Prior to Anadarko, Mr. Bailey served as a Senior GIS Analyst for Southwestern Energy Company (SWN). Mr. Bailey supported midstream development for SWN’s operations in the Fayetteville Shale of Arkansas and the Marcellus Shale of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bailey holds a B.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Aaron Miller
Senior GIS Analyst
Mr. Miller is the Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst for Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Miller served as a GIS Specialist at The Response Group (TRG). At TRG, Mr. Miller was part of the GIS Mapping and Response and Exercise Team, supporting and coordinating emergency responses and exercises for international and domestic major oil and gas companies. Mr. Miller leveraged GIS Technologies to improve data acquisition accuracy and spill modeling, which helped deploy response measures more efficiently and effectively.
Prior to TRG, Mr. Miller was a GIS Specialist for the Governors’ Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for the State of Louisiana (GOHSEP). At GOHSEP, Mr. Miller collected and managed spatial data across the entire state of Louisiana to develop a First Responder Hazard Mitigation Database and Web Portal. This database is designed to assist any level of emergency in identify commercial structures and potential hazards within along with the ability to determine potential loss of life.
Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree from California State University, Pomona.

Rick Velasquez
Senior GIS Analyst
Mr. Velasquez is a Senior GIS analyst at Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Velasquez served as a GIS Supervisor at Contract Land Staff. At Contract Land Staff, Mr. Velasquez was a member of the Land Data Services team, supporting mapping services and consulting for multiple right of way projects involving interstate pipelines, electrical transmission, and transportation.
Prior to Contract Land Staff, Mr. Velasquez was a GIS Analyst III at the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission. There he was a member of the 911 Emergency Network.
Ricardo holds a B.S. Degree from Texas A&M University.

Marco Moctezuma
Information Technology Administrator
Mr. Moctezuma is the Information Technology Administrator of Five Point Energy. Prior to Five Point, Mr. Moctezuma served as a Network Engineer and was part of the leadership team for a Managed Services Provider supporting national and local businesses. In addition, Mr. Moctezuma supported Five Point’s initial IT infrastructure, buildout, and transition to their current City Centre offices before officially joining the company in 2018.
